General

Only users that have been set up by an authorised person from their Club can access the HURT portal. Users will be granted access via email invitation. Once set up (including Multi-Factor Authentication) has occurred, users are encouraged to create a bookmark on their phone for easy access. Users can log in via hurt.sportsbuddy.com.au

An Club can raise as many incidents as required. We have the capability to scale to different requirements.

We are able to store incidents as long as an organisation requires them to be stored. We set no limits.

Once logged in to the platform, users can access a variety of training guides and videos from the Main Menu.

Club Admin - This is the only role that can assign the Head Trainer and load the data into the backend. The Club Amin role does not have access to any raised incidents at all.

Head Trainer - This is the only role that can assign Team Trainers, Concussion Viewers and subsequent Head Trainers. This role is also the only role that has visibility into each team and raise incidents within any Team. The Head Trainer is also the only role holder that is able to remove a user during the season. The Head Trainer role is also able to run reports across the teams.

Team Trainer - The Team Trainer has specific access to their team only and is responsible for raising all injuries.

Concussion Viewer - This role can be assigned to a Club Official who requires access to view any incidents raised that are flagged as a Suspected Concussion (eg Club Secretary who may need to run league reports on Concussions, or a President who would like an overview of Concussion specific injuries in real time over the weekend).

People can be assigned to multiple roles depending on their role within your Club.

All data is located in an Australian Data centre. No data resides outside Australia (you can read below more detail around Data Security).

All data stored in HURT is fully encrypted.

Yes, Admin users of an organisation have the ability to download all incidents at anytime.

Yes, the HURT application is continuously backed up to ensure no data loss.

Security

The platform in which HURT is housed has been IRAP Assessed at PROTECTED Level (meaning it has undergone a security assessment by the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) and is deemed to meet the security requirements outlined in the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) for the "PROTECTED" classification level).

All incident data residing in HURT is fully encrypted. Only authenticated users can access the data.

TCPS (Secure TCP) database connection services use the industry-standard TLS 1.2 (Transport Layer Security) protocol for connections. All data in transit is encrypted.

HURT enforces that user passwords are a minimum of 10 characters which contain at least one lowercase alphabetic character, one uppercase alphabetic character, one numeric digit, and one punctuation character.

Role based privileges ensures Trainers are only able to view incidents in their own teams. Complete isolation is given across players, clubs & associations.

Loading Data

Only the Club Admin has permission to load the data into HURT.

Yes, you can load unassigned players, however as they are not assigned to a team you will not be able to assign a Trainers to that team. Ask your PlayHQ admins to ensure they place players into a team. Best practice is to do a data load after players have been assigned. If however you have some players unassigned but many players and teams already assigned, you can do additional data loads which will remedy the unassigned players after your subsequent data loads.

Yes, as more players register, and changes are made in PlayHQ you can update the HURT data by performing another load - this will not affect the player and team set up of those that have already been previously loaded in.

HURT requires minimal fields, the total column list for your reference can be found here.

HURT PLATFORM

If the player is already in HURT you simply go to Setup -> Teams and select the team which you would like to add the player.

From here you are able to add the player.

If the player does not exist you have two options to add a plater.

Go to Setup->Players and select create. Here you will be required to complete all the players details. Once you create the player following step above to add them to a team.

If you have multiple new players to add you may wish to add them to a data load. A data load can only be performed by a Head Trainer with Club Admin rights.

The Medical tab contains several pieces of information.

1) Trainer Medical Note: These are notes which the trainer place about the player. This might be information provided to them by the players guardian or updated medical information on the player during the year.

2) Medical Information : This is information which the parent/guardian provides during registration. HURT captures this data and stores in here.

Note: Both pieces of Medical Information is provided to the trainer upon a incident be raised. This makes the trainer/Medic aware of any conditions.

3) Conditions: This is for the trainer to complete as a summary of any conditions the player mat have. This condition will appear on any incident forms should they be raised.

4) Medical Forms: If a parent/guardian or club has a form they would like to share with the club this can be uploaded. (Example an Asthma plan)
